[collections] test failure was:[GUMP@lsd]: jakarta-commons/commons-collections failed

I am having the same problem as Gump, which is serialization failures for 
the TransformedMap and TransformedSortedMap test instances.  The problem 
goes away when I regenertate TransformedMap.emptyCollection.version3.1.obj 
et al; but since I see that new versions of these were committed with the 
last changes I am hesitant to commit the versions that work for me 
locally.  Are the tests running OK for other people?
