Add yourself to the Committers list, Don, and call for a vote to make it a top-level 
project. Just post what you already wrote and change the subject to "[VOTE] Graduate 
Commons Chain to Top Level Project".

Then, if you really love us, volunteer to roll the 1.0 release. :) We've got 
directions on the Commons website and everything!
