the release plan has been on the wiki
(http://wiki.apache.org/jakarta-commons/Betwixt/0_2e6ReleasePlan) for a
few days now with no comments. betwixt 0.6 will be a baseline release
for the refactored design and will provide an upgrade path from 0.5.
methods deprecated in 0.5 can be removed once this release is cut.
i'd like to vote that we approve the plan and myself as release manager.
