OK. I will make sure to regenerate one more time before signing, etc. One more
doc-related issue that I have noticed is that the links in the "contents" page do not
work corrrectly. I also suspect that I have not correctly code the anchors in the
xdocs that do work either. Can anyone point me to a good reference to use for maven
xdocs?

Phil,
This is not a critical issue, we just need to generate the distros one
more time prior to release to get the my changes to the documentation
CSS in place. I'm sure there will be other issues to address prior to then.
