testSuper in jelly/tags/define/suite.jelly fails with NullPointerException in
o.a.c.jelly.tags.define.SuperTag
tag.getSuperScript() returns null
Previously, and after o.a.c.jelly.tags.define.SuperTag.<init>,
o.a.c.jelly.tags.define.ExtendTag.<init> is called a (suspicious ?) third time...
