I'm not sure I really understand what kind of changes to FileUpload you are 
suggesting / proposing here. One important point to realise is that there is no 
way for FileUpload to stop the upload, once it has been started. It would be 
feasible to ignore the data under certain circumstances, though, and there is 
another enhancement request related to that. Otherwise, it would be helpful if 
you could elaborate on the kinds of changes you envisage.
