I'm not sure what b/c means, but it was in the way of me being able to run the current 
tests just to 
check the output sent to the email client (stuff junit wont pick up). The tests are a 
convienent means of 
being able to spam myself with these. 

I agree that the sun licencing problem is a big pain in the arse, but at least the 
dependency is listed and 
the tester/developer know s/he needs it. If dumpter can do the same then great or even 
commons net, 
my only worry is while trying to help out with a few patches here and there that a lot 
of time is spent 
getting things into a state where I can start.
