Feel free to remove Chain from the sandbox. I deliberately left it
there for a couple of days after promotion, to make sure that Chain in
Proper was OK, but then I forgot to go back and clean house. ;-(

You should be aware, though, that there are some Proper components
that have (semi-)active Sandbox counterparts. They use the sandbox
version for experimentation, prior to pulling it over for a new
release. (At least, this used to be true - not sure if any are still
doing this.)
