I'm still working through these. Some of the taglibs weren't in gump
before, and I'm having trouble tracking down the dependencies. It takes
a day to check your work, so I apologise for the noise in the mean time.
I'll redirect anything still broken today to myself.

I'd suggest having two gump descriptors:
jelly (the core)
jelly-taglibs (containing projects for each taglib)
