Issue-wise; there seemed to be a pretty big issue on encoding for Entities on the user's list. Stephen, any view on whether that's a blocker?
I don't really understand the request. I think we would have to get a unit test, and this could take some time and organising.
I think we could probably release without this, but I don't really know anything about this area (in fact its one part of [lang] that escaped its original scope IMHO.)
