I'm fine with a 1.1 designation (there is a quite useful enhancement here) and will review the code and docs tomorrow for any useful updates.

It was a response to Howard Lin's questions last week about using ChainProcessor. As I got deeper into the code, the problem looked less dire than I had thought, but I was leary about committing the changes without some attention from someone who had either used the ChainProcessor or who was in a better position to test them out.
All of the other[chain] tickets in Bugzilla are enhancements.
