Dear community, after two extensive beta rounds and usage in both Jakarta Slide and OJB it seems to be time for a final commons transaction 1.1 release. As there were only very minor changes from the second beta a release candidate would not make much sense.
I have already created a new release tag using svn copy https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/jakarta/commons/proper/transaction/trunk https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/jakarta/commons/proper/transaction/tags/TRANSACTION_1_1_FINAL_RELEASE -m "Tagging as 1.1 final" As usual I have already created the distributions by calling 'ant package'.
