Adds the ability to continue discovery following a "flawed discovery" (i.e. adapter and logger can be loaded but instantiation fails). Provides a configuration property to control whether this feature is enabled. It is by default. Passes all unit tests in build.xml. LoadTest fails, which I regard as a postive.
