MKCOL, OPTIONS, PUT is what I get if I try to access the non existent
file at
webdav://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/jakarta/commons/proper/vfs/trunk/abcd
Maybe there is a problem with your setup?
Is the user-home directory (~) feature in your apache conf activated?
Could you try the url (with http://) in your browser?
Could you try a different webdav client?
Do you need to login to the resource?
If anything failes - do you have "tcpdump" and log the traffic?
