Please test/review and vote on making them a 1.0 release. I have not
generated the signatures at this point, I will do that when the release
is approved.
Built from the tag "commons-jelly-1.0-rc4". Should the RC be deemed
acceptable, I will move the tag to commons-jelly-1.0.
The site is not changed, so I have not published a version to my home
directory. However, if the release is approved I will go through and
change references to release candidates, download links, etc.
