We now have two users with the problem. I don't know much about Conectiva, but some googling tells me it's a Brazilian distribution. I don't know Portuguese but it seems to be using Kernel 2.6.5. Is that right in your case? Say George, looking back over this whole thread, I don't think we asked you what kernel your Fedora was using, Could you tell us. Maybe this is the common element here.
