http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=35826 Summary: A Mutable BigDecimal and BigInteger? Product: Commons Version: unspecified Platform: Other OS/Version: other Status: NEW Severity: enhancement Priority: P5 Component: Lang AssignedTo: commons-dev@jakarta.apache.org ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Is there anybody working on a mutable implementation of BigDecimal and BigInteger (arbitrary precision)? There are times whene you are working with operations that have to be very accurate and precise (economical, scientific). Using BigDecimal or BigInteger calculations in tight loops can be a performance issue (due to temporary object creation): in these occasions, there could be a Mutable implementation of these two classes. -- Configure bugmail: http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the assignee for the bug, or are watching the assignee. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
