The server is in France, but it's not publicly accessible. For what I know (I'm not an administrator on the machine hosting the server), the FTP is the one shipped with AIX 5.2 (5.2.0.0) and it shows as "Version 4.1 Tue Jul 6 21:20:07 CDT 2004" upon login.
