[lang] StrBuilder set methods

I'm thinking of changing the StrBuilder set methods to return this, 
enabling chaining, as with many of the other methods on StrBuilder.

It would affect:
setNullText
setLength
setCharAt
clear
ensureCapacity
minimizeCapacity
Does this sound OK?
