The commons vfs community is happy to announce the availability of
commons-vfs 1.0 RC3.

Notice:
Starting with this release the dependency to httpclient is no longer
optional. VFS uses its URIUtils
for the filename encoding stuff. This is a huge pice of code and I dont
want to duplicate its
code into VFS. Some gossips might require to rethink this, but for now I
am happy with it.
Please refer to the RELEASE_NOTES.txt for full list of changes.
I hope all is correctly in place so we can vote this RC to be the final
release :-)
