[jci] Compiling with MemoryReader and MemoryStore

Is it possible for JCI to be totally in memory? using a memory reader 
and a memory store? I notice that there is currently no MemoryReader 
implementation.

Also I thought it would be nice if the store implementations have a 
list() method.
