Can anyone comment on what [jci] would be useful for?
The current website has no examples, and there is no PROPOSAL.txt
(why???) so I'm a little in the dark.
Also, [openpgp] and [exec] don't have websites yet. Since I'll be
mentioning them on Monday, it would be nice if they did!
