It is listed on the page http://jakarta.apache.org/commons/net/dependencies.html. A link to that page is available under the menu heading "Project Info". Re: corrupting zip files: I am guessing that this issue is the same as the one you filed a few minutes later as a problem with WinZip files so I will not comment on that here.
