I think you may be on to something here.  I have just installed CentOS 4.2
(RH4.2 clone) and my development tools aren't fully functional yet or I would
test the SELinux on and off.  In the mean time, any stack traces, Ethereal dumps
or other info could help us finally get somewhere on this annoying bug.
