It's dangerous that Hen has nothing better to do right now :) I think this is being pushed forward at a rate faster than I had expected because the prerequisites are not ready yet.
Anyone wanting to spend time on this should first be looking at the site plugin and helping there. Those that are happy with things as they are should be able to safely ignore.
