Yesterday evening i checked out plexus-archiver, the issues and so on.
I see that the issues are not to hard to solve, in fact, 3 issues have a
working patch included, 1 must be solved when the API has been cleaned
up. So these issues are not a matter by now.

The plexus thing is interesting. We can only use few parts of the code.
A lot of it is allready in our code, some parts are nice to have, like
f.e. war-archiver. A complete merge will need time, but i think we will
check out some features and take it over. I looks like we will have a
bit other architecture then they have now.

Next step (IMHO):
- - having the interface working for unpack/pack operations (as simple as
possible)
- - having examples running

Step two:
- - having interface for Input/Output Streams

I will try to have the first step as soon as possible.
