+1 to WONTFIX on all three

-1 to deprecating [lang] Fraction. Its useful as a missing JDK class. It has a separate life as a maths class. The two uses are complementary.

Since [math] has released its Fraction class, we may want to consider
deprecating from [lang]. The [math] implementation is different
though, so I am OK keeping [lang]'s version in place.

Agree with Gary on Joda time.  Maybe its author(s) can be convinced to
bring it into apache one day ;-)
