Who wrote jardiff? If there's a chance the Maven plugin can be
maintained within that project, and Torsten can still contribute to it,
I'm all for it. Jetty does this very successfully.

What do you mean? Bringing it over to jakarta/commons?
Naaa... at least for the plugin let's better stick to the maven
conventions. That's probably easier for the users.
...if only codehaus would come back up *sigh*
