I agree. I'm not sure what we'd be gaining by changing the lead when a release is coming up and then changing it back when the release is done. In fact, I'm not sure what the point of having the lead is in the first place, other than that Jira needs one, so I don't think it matters much what name we put there. -- Martin Cooper Stephen
