OK, this explains. I have JS off by default in the office, since our
firewall filters "suspicious" JavaScript anyway and that can make it worse.
Thinking about it, I can probably do aware with the JavaScript by
generating an index for each version.
Nevertheless with active JS from home it works basically ... well, in some
packages I get "Forbidden" in all frames (e.g. beanutils), but I did not
try all.
Fixed. Some of the javadocs had unpacked with tight permissions.
