my jira account (oliver.heger at t-online.de) seems to have only rights
of the jira user group, so I can't edit bugs. Can you give me more
rights (or even better: create a new account for oheger at apache.org,
for my mail address has changed anyway)?
More rights added. If you create a new user I can transfer the rights
over, will leave that to you though.
