New version of the second patch that allows to run multiple init statements.
The patch now includes a change to the JOCLContentHandler to handle array,
collection and list. Not that I needed them all, but the code paths are mostly
identical, so why not?
With that patch, one can add multiple statements in a jocl file using:
<collection>
<string value="............"/>
<string value="............"/>
</collection>
Patch is against 1.2.2-SNAPSHOT. Change is unit tested and documented.
