Attaching a patch to improve the modeler maven site/build:
1) Include "build.properties.default" in the source distro
2) Have the source distro unpack to a different directory
3) Include NOTICE.txt in the jar file
4) Add custom "Source Repository" page
5) Add custom "Issue Tracking" page
6) Add "Building" page
7) Navigation improvements
