I could not get the maven build to work(maven dist), so yes the proxy
nightlies are running ant.  When I manually downloaded the discovery
jar, jar -tvf gave me a bad archive message. Same thing is happening
to the nightly build.

You can change the nightly list(s) so proxy runs under maven and have
a look at the error log (assuming it still fails) if you like and have
time.

Looks like commons-discovery-0.2 jar on ibiblio is corrupt.  I am out
of pocket today.  Maybe someone else can have a look and get it fixed
if I am right.
