Couple of comments (based on a quick look at the above file):
* New files are missing props, please configure auto-props for your
svn client, here is an example:
http://www.apache.org/dev/svn-eol-style.txt
* Many of us believe source files should not have @author tags. There
are many reasons for this, in the end, it is intended to work in your
favor too. Please browse the archives if you want more information on
this. Especially for projects still in sandbox, I believe we should
wipe the sources clean of these tags.
