it seems that there is one KEYS file for each component.
I could only find them in /dist/jakarta/commons/component/KEYS. Are they
not under version control anywhere?
We really need to get those under version control. Some components
have them in their trunk, but nowhere near all.
Is there really a need for separate KEYS files for each component? Why
not have one file for all of Commons, or even Jakarta for that matter?
