Sure, I'd be willing to help out. While simple, CSV-like files are
ubiquitous and having a small simple library with no other
dependencies is a very good thing!
I've given Yonik jakarta-commons-sandbox karma as he's already an ASF
committer (per our "any asf committer can ask for karma" plan).
