Currently the nightly build generates the user facing site. This is good to
test the site is generating correctly.
A customised developer facing site should be created - it should include all
the various reports [checkstyle, pmd, findbugs etc]; which should also remove
the need to have them on the user site I think, though that's an argument for
the lists.
It should link in the nightly builds, the logs, reports. Some standard info
should be there (svn links etc). I imagine it should also have some customised
content(?); for example a developer guide. I'm not sure how we would do that.
