Are there plans to release Commons Logging 1.1.1? I am eager to see Commons Logging 1.1.1 because JCL 1.1 throws exceptions when running in a Java applet sandbox. (This bug is already fixed: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/LOGGING-106)
