Dear All,
Now the existing commons/policy codebase is in good shape and is
accompained by a comprehensive test-suite. It is fully compliant with
the latest WS-Policy specification and passes the entire WS-Policy
Interop Round1 test-suite.
Therefore I suggest that we do a 0.90 release from the existing
codebase on our way to the 1.0 Release.
