Primitive Assertion could contain not only Primitive Assertions, but also other Composite Assertions like AndComposites , XorComposites and even other Policies which do not have QNames. Therefore is it appropriate to introduce a method say Assertion getTerm(QName) which could only return a Primitive Assertion if there is one with that QName as a child of the Primitive Assertion on which the method is invoked ? I'd rather do it outside in a separate util method. Thoughts ? - --Sanka Srinath Perera wrote: > Hi All; > > Shall we add a Asseration getTerm(QName) method to Primitive > Asseration? it is Quite hard to get a given term form a Primitive > Assertion > > Thanks Srinath > > -- ============================ Srinath Perera: > http://www.cs.indiana.edu/~hperera/ > http://www.bloglines.com/blog/hemapani > -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.2.1 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQFEO/EX/Hd0ETKdgNIRAl6qAJ9W+2Y4Q8C2GKAGqfdoLgq5mEt1yQCfSjS3 JhguoONLqhBKp7LAqqvbTFA= =jjiz -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
