[TCPMON] Support for HEAD/OPTIONS/TRACE requests?

Hi all,

Is it planned to add support to these methods when in proxy mode?

I guess HEAD support can be accomplished by just adding the method name to
the conditional in Connection.run(), as it should behave identical to a
GET.
