I would like to nominate Brent Ulbricht for committer status. Brent is the Team Lead for IBM's WebServices FVT department. His team is analyzing Axis2, Axiom and XMLSchema with code coverage tools and jTest. He has uncovered several issues, and has provided patches via Jira. In addtion, Brent's team would like to commit new tests to strengthen the Axis2/JAXWS module. Brent has worked on the IBM WebServices team for the past four years. He was a contributor to Axis version 1.0. Granting Brent committer status will strengthen the testing of the Apache WebServices projects.
