Current MTOM handling is implemented on top of SOAP messages as MTOM builder
simply extends from StAXSOAPModelBuilder. But this should be improved so that
normal XMLs can also contain binary inside them.
Mr. MTOM, can you please help us in fixing this (I've already assigned the
issue to you :) )
