When XMLStreamReader parses from a DOMSource, Location is unavailable (see
comments on com.ctc.wstx.dom.DOMWrappingReader. ) Consequently an NPE is
thrown within StAXOMBuilder.populateOMElement() when attempting to set line
number on node.
