Problem creating 'comment' (when decrypting in Rampart)

When decrypting a document containing comments with Rampart you see :
Caused by: java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException: TODO
at
org.apache.axiom.om.impl.dom.DocumentImpl.importNode(DocumentImpl.java:333)
at
org.apache.axiom.om.impl.dom.DocumentImpl.importNode(DocumentImpl.java:348)
at
org.apache.axiom.om.impl.dom.DocumentImpl.importNode(DocumentImpl.java:348)
As handling of comments is not (fully) implemented.
