Alex,

Since no one is quite sure how to fix this issue at the moment lets skip it
for this release. No one is stopping us from doing another minor release
once we get it fixed and we certainly don't want to break the existing code
by doing a quick fix.

Further this release version intends to aid the release efforts of
Axis2 1.3which contains a stax implementation in its distribution
files. Hence a
release without fixing this shouldn't matter to them much.
