Hi All, While fiddling with the latest AXIOM code I figured that there is a major bug in the discard implementation. Unfortunately this has not been tested at least once !
I managed to implement the required functionality (and the test cases) but the concern is that I had to change one of the publicly visible interfaces (org.apache.axiom.om.impl.OMContainerEx). It is one of those interfaces that are not recommended for normal users but still it is publicly visible and resides in the axiom-api module. So I've attached a patch for the inspection of you all and just let me know whether we can go forward with this change. -- Ajith Ranabahu
