The NodeNamespaceMap in the schema wrappers the DOM Element so it's always held
in memory. Patch in WSCOMMONS-361 fixes that.
However, the NodeList in the XmlSchemaDocumentation and XmlSchemaAppInfo would
cause the same problem.
