I haven't been active in axis2 for a while now due to being knee deep in
Qpid. So please bear with me if I suddenly appear on this list. I started my
open source work with this project and it remains very dear to me and wants
to see the best for this project.

First up I have no objections for Axis2 being a TLP. So +1 there.
I agree with Eran's assessment on Axiom & Neethi. I believe they should be
sub projects of Axis2.
I also agree with Asankha on the transports issue.  If as Dims suggests,
transports are separately releasable then that mitigates some of the
problems mentioned by Asankha.
